PERSONNAL SUPPORT AND ACCESS TO EMPLOYMENT

OBJECTIVE
  • To improve access to employment for young adults with disabilities by giving them the keys to understanding the work world.
  • To prepare them for job search or entrepreneurial approach.
PROJECT

Training are regularly organized by national and international experts in order to develop general skills that the young adults can use in their job search.

Partnerships are also built locally with potential employers to help students find employment. For all blind or deaf students, Krousar Thmey provides employers with regular support in order to facilitate their successful integration into companies.

Finally, Krousar Thmey is also committed to promoting access to the labor market for people with disabilities and is conducting awareness campaigns to reach large and medium-sized enterprises in Cambodia.
