Mrs Neang Phalla has been working at Krousar Thmey since 1993. As well as her position as Director of the Phnom Penh Thmey School for deaf or blind children, she is also responsible for overseeing the entire “Educational Support” programme for blind children. |

Mr Sok Phanna joined Krousar Thmey in1993, having previously been Director of a care centre at the Site II refugee camp. Alongside his role as Director of the Chamkar Morn temporary street children centre in Phnom Penh, he has been coordinating the entire “Child Welfare” programme since March 2008. |

Mr Khieu Chetra has held the position of Director of the Communication Department in the head office of the Cambodian foundation since 2005. He is responsible for coordinating the work of his team and communication with our donors and partners. |

Mr Chhoun Sok has been working for Krousar Thmey since its creation. The Financial Assistant in the head office in Phnom Penh mainly monitors expenditure and cash flow management in the centres. |

Mr Hang Kimchhorn has been Director of the Chbar Ampov School for deaf children in Phnom Penh for years. Since January 2010 he has been supervising the “Educational Support” programme for deaf children. |
